Deep Winter Rest is a 6-week sisterhood for women to:

  • Replenish yourself with a weekly Yoga Nidra nap.

  • Create an inviting space to rest in your own home.

  • Begin a home rest practice with Hester’s recordings (choose from 5 minute to 35 minute).

You will learn the same Daring to Rest practices that helped me break the cycle of stress & exhaustion, based on my Yoga Nidra training with Karen Brody at Daring to Rest.
